Volunteers

Woodland is one of the oldest garden cemeteries in the nation. It is historically significant because of the large number of famous people who are buried here including: the Wright Brothers, Paul Laurence Dunbar, Erma Bombeck, Charles F. Kettering, John H. Patterson and many more.

Our volunteers perform over 1600 hours of service at Woodland each year. They give over 200 tours and programs in the community to thousands of guests as well as helping with many arboretum projects.

Woodland is looking forward to an even busier year and WE WANT YOU!
