Sports Legends program at Heartland of Kettering – CANCELED

Per Woodland company policy, due to the corona-virus, all tours and events at Woodland are cancelled through May 9th. This includes community presentations at partnership locations.
Everyone loves a good sports story and we have plenty with these legends resting at Woodland: Sprint Car racer, Johnny Shackleford; inventor of the metal baseball bat, William Shroyer; founder of McGregor Golf Club Co., Ziba Crawford; cyclist and race car driver, Earl Kiser; UD Basketball Coach, Tom Blackburn; former Harlem Globetrotter, Albert Tucker, Sr.; 1936 Silver Medalist in High Jump, David Albritton and UD and NBA basketball player, Donald E. Smith plus many more.
The program is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served. Seating is limited. Please RSVP to Rhonda at 937-298-8084.
