History, Mystery, Mayhem and Murder program at The Wellington at Dayton – CANCELED
October 8, 2020 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Per Woodland company policy, due to the ongoing corona-virus, all community presentations at partnership locations have been canceled for 2020. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. Please be well and take care.
This presentation will keep you on the edge of your seat as tales of Dayton’s own bank robbers, counterfeiters and murderers are told. Who confessed on their deathbed of murdering pretty 18 year old Christine Kett? Did Rose Shafor really dress up as a man to help her lover commit a crime? Who killed Julius Kruse? And was the “Cincinnati Ripper” living in Dayton? These stories and more are told in this chilling presentation. Please note that this program is the actual accounts of murders that took place in Dayton.
The program is free and open to the public and will be held in the Wellington Community Room.
