Fall Bird Walk will be held October 12th at 9am at Woodland Cemetery and Arboretum. Your tour guide, Jason Antonick, will take you on a slow-paced walk through the grounds and identify different bird species. Whether you are looking for a Carolina Wren, Black and White Warbler or a beautiful Cardinal, bring your binoculars, take a stroll and search our beautiful grounds.

Your guide, Jason Antonick, started birding over 40 years ago as a kid taking Summer Lore classes at the Dayton Museum of Natural History (today known as the Boonshoft Museum of Discovery). One of his first programs was a birding class at Englewood MetroPark.  Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear a good pair of walking shoes. Do not forget your camera or binoculars!

All tours require a reservation and there is a suggested $5 donation. All donations support the Woodland Arboretum Foundation which focuses on the restoration, preservation, horticultural and educational projects needed to keep Woodland a cultural resource for Dayton and Ohio. The tour will meet at the Eichelberger Plaza at the main gates of the cemetery.
