Faith and Friends Annual Walking Tour at Woodland Cemetery

This year’s Faith and Friends walking tour will be an exploration of the Women of Woodland. You’ll meet some of Dayton’s most interesting and exciting women in history. You’ll hear about homemaker turned author, Erma Bombeck; madam and real estate owner, Lib Hedges; a visionary for the physically handicapped and disabled, Anna Barney Gorman; Queen of the Gypsies, Matilda Stanley; librarian innovator, Electra C. Doren and many more.
Please note that this walk may be deemed strenuous by some and you will go off road into grassy and uneven ground. Wear comfortable walking shoes and bring a water bottle if necessary. This tour is free and open to the public and is courtesy of Faith and Friends Radio.
