This section is the resting place of many of Dayton’s most prominent citizens including generations of the Barney Family\, the Thresher Family\, the Crawford Family and many more. This tour will take you on a journey of this special section and members of the First Baptist Church of Dayton and will include visiting the gravesites of Rev. Dr. Henry Colby\, Thomas B. Fordham and Col. Edward A. Deeds. Rev. Dr. Kent Berghuis\, current pastor at First Baptist will be guiding this tour.\n\nMeet at the Eichelberger Plaza at the main gates of the cemetery. Parking is available both inside and outside the gates. Please wear comfortable walking shoes and bring a water bottle if needed.
